Paramount Place (now the SCOTIABANK THEATRE and ELECTRIC AVENUE) is a 23-storey mixed use building in the downtown core, consisting of 460 residential units, restaurants and retail stores on the street level, as well as a 9-theatre movie theatre complex, all over underground parkade of over 800 parking stalls. This project was brought to RAFII after multiple attempts to make the program work, and is a feat in architecture in Vancouver’s downtown core.
